Is this enough evidence?

Hello,

I have gone through the “guide to supporting documents” and planning to submit the following documents from it.

I would like to know if I am sending sufficient evidence.

I got married in February 2012.

Finance and Employment
• 6 months bank statements
• 6 months payslips.

Accommodation
• Property Inspection report
• Supporting letter from my mother who owns the property
• Her mortgage statement
• 1 utility bill - on my name

Evidence of immigration status
• Copy of bio-data pages from passport

Evidence of relationship to your sponsor
Sponsor supporting letter along with;
• Marriage certificate
• Photographs of wedding

What are you applying for and where are you applying?

Spouse settlement visa. She is living in Pakistan and applying from there. The documents above are the ones I am sending from here to be submitted with the visa form.

Have you got no evidenceof communication? I see you have only got married two months so maybe you will need to submit any form of communication?

Did you know her before marriage? Were you in contact before you married? If yeah then perhaps call history/text mssages/letters/cards/emails etc... would help, but thats all only if you do have it.

I thought some one would say that.

I have known her before marriage but do not have any call records. I have a free access number that I use to call - it's just a standard UK mobile number and not one with 08.....

If this evidence is necessary I can start exchanging emails to collate some evidence?

I would rather be safe and try and put somehing in there to show some sortt of communication between you both.

I never used to speak to my husband bfore marriage so the only evidence I provided was after marriage.

I provided, vectone/lyca mobile call history, emails, letters, and cards but due to personal circumastances I applied after a long one and half year being married.
