Hi,
I am on Tier1 general and living in uk from 2 years, I am about for my extension which is due in 6 months.
I am planning to bring my wife and in a dilema on which category to apply
one of my intentions is to bring her on visiting visa since she will be travelling to india with in 6 months and I will have my extension and I will apply a dependent visa after my extension.
Will it be a best option? what are the advantages and disadvantages

She can apply for a visit visa if she wishes. On must assume she has no desire to settle with you in the UK.
