Post by nad » Sun Apr 15, 2012 11:02 pm

Hi,
I'am applying form my spouse settlement visa she is currently in India and I'am on ILR,
the only proof of acomadation I have is the Tenancy Agreement is it enough as all the bills and council tax are paid by the land lord and they ar in his name,
and my another quesion is I have to fill out the sponsor ship form SUO7/01 in that I have to provide the residential proof it says we can provide a letter from any government department so can I provide Home office letter and electoral card as proof of address,
any suggestion much apprecated.
