If it's from a recognised translation company (set up to trade in that capacity) and on business letterhead, the signature is not important. This idea behind asking for a signature is where translations are done by qualified individuals.

The translation company is the reputable one, and the translation itself is in the highest quality. But still, I am worried it could be a ground for a refusal....
