When do you send in passport to the British embassy

My wife had her decision over turned here by courts and tribunals, does my my wife automatically send in her passport for visa stamp or does the embassy call or send out a letter??

Someone please advise as I am very confused

aziqbal...decision was overturned on 17th march and huby gt the call letter 19th march

yeh his tb certificate expired so he did another 1 and submitted that..

u submit tb certificate, passport, a copy of sponsor passport and call letter..

so fast?? my wifes decision was over-turned 12th April, and still we have heard nothing from the embassy?? i was told by UKBA that they send out a letter and you submit ur passport along with that call letter via Gerrys couier transport??
