How many days before does UKBA release premium appointments?

How many days before does UKBA release premium appointments?

Hi all,

How many days before does UKBA release the premium appointments? I am planning to go for premium appointment on 4 or 5 Jul, when should I book the appointment?

You can book appointment a maximum of 42 days ahead of today.
So workout your dates.
