Tier 2 ICT ILR - Urgent, senior members please help!!!

Hi,

I came to UK with Work permit in march 2007, however as my contract ended in 1 may 2007 i went back to india for 3 weeks and joined back on same visa on 22 may 2007.

01 March 07 - 01 May 07 - 0n work permit,
01 May 07 - 22 May 07 - transferred back to india for 3 weeks
22 May 07 - till date - on same old visa, now on ICT Tier 2


I have asked a letter from employer which says my contract start date as 22 may 2007 instead of march 2007. Now my ILR is due but I am not sure if I am eligible for ILR based on my entry clearance of march 2007 or may 2007?

Will this create problem for my ILR, what all option do I have

The information you provided is not very clear. You say you had two entry clearances in 2007 yet returned to the UK "on the same visa" on 22 May 2007. Also you had "the same old visa" from 2007 to date?
