SETTLEMENT VISA...

Hi, i hv applied my settlement visa on 16th March 2012. My husband is british. Its already been 6 weeks.....

Do any one know what is the current processing time for settlement visa UK 2012?

This waitin period is killing me....away frm my husband...:(

I am guessing from the name you have applied in India, current processing tmie is between 40 and 60 days roughly. Look at my time line below, I am still waiting.

But someone that applied about a week before me got a update on Friday and is waiting to pick up from VFS at the moment.
06/03/2012 - Submitted @ AHM (INDIA)
06/03/2012 - Sent to BHC
11/03/2012 - Under Process at BHC
13/06/2012 - VISA GRANTED!!!!!
2 Years on.....
02/09/2014 - Application SET (M) ILR sent (Postal)
09/09/2014 - Cheque presented to my bank

As advised by Pazpatel,the timeline is around 45 days on an average.
You should wait atleast 2-3 weeks more.

Tomorrow its gonna be 39th working day...and i will be completing 9 weeks 2mrw...:( Dont knw how long do i hv to wait....applied in Mumbai ( South) on 16th March 2012...:(

Im on 50 working days now...... You need to give it a couple more weeks I think but also many people are starting hear now.... Also There is a topis on here for India Settlement VISA, look on there and post on there, it will give you all the information needed and other people with timelines etc.

UKBA have published more results this morning for the month of April - Not very good figures for AHM, Gujarat at all....

Hope to hear soon though I guess

We applied for settlement visa in Mumbai North on 20th March too and haven't had any reply.

Which Mumbai office did u apply in North or South?

After 58 working days husband collected visa. Applied 4th March, collected 27th May....he had immigration history but visa granted...

my husband has immigration history too, i think we are on 52 days, so hopefully should hear in the next few working days, i really hope we do!!

Hi guys, i have got my visa on 6th June from Mumbai ( South )

APPLIED ON - 16TH MARCH 2012
UNDER PROCESS - 21ST MARCH 2012
VISA STAMPED - 5TH JUNE 2012
VISA COLLECTED ON - 6TH JUNE 2012

I will pray for all those who eagerly waitin to see their loved ones...:)
