Under 25 - do not apply for a first time visitor's visa

I can't wait for the legal ramifications of this especially in relation to family visitor applications.

I wonder if they could just raise the fee to cover the resources? Otherwise, they are prejudicing the "roughly half" of the applicants that would otherwise get their visas...

Rental car agencies have adopted that practice long time ago (charging higher fees for drivers under 25, and under 21 - at least here).

Let's see what develops... ;)
