BC for wife

I wonder if I could get some help on my wife's BC application. She will be eligible to apply for her BC from June 2012. She already has ILR granted in Feb 2010. She's been in UK since May 2009. But the problem is with the Residence requirements. Since may 2009 she's out of UK for a total of 326 days including last year. I've seen on UKBA site that absences of uptp 300 days are normally disregarded, even then, she has got 26 more days of absences.
My question is: Can I wait for two or three months from June and apply (say in September or October) or do I have to wait until next year May, during which she'd have completed her4 years stay in UK.

After the 3 years you can apply any time you want you dont have to wait until 4 years could be 3 years 4 months when you apply its best to get the days down to the correct level before you apply

My doubt is Can I wait for the excess days of absence and then apply (which would be after one or two months).

As i said before you can apply any time so YES just wait until the day are not in excess

Would you like to post details of her dates .... leaving from the UK .... returning to the UK .... for a more detailed opinion?
