Hi, i hope anyone can give me some guidance on this
My employer has forgot to request renewal of our annual allocation for unresitricted COS for this year. and my visa expires in nov 2012

Now we are doubtful about whether to request an renewal for annual allocation or we will have to request an increase in annual allocation , as it is already passed 6 april 2012?

You can apply anytime for unrestricted CoS.Pls ask your HR tp apply now and you need to use it before 5th apr2013.Good luck.

All T2 CoS allocations are set to zero on 6 April. UKBA sent out reminders to all sponsors Feb-March time. If your employer has not applied for an allocation yet for 2012/13 they can do so any time but there are delays at present, see:
