Multi-Entry Visa and Name Change

Hi - My fiancee has a multi-entry visa for Canada. We will be getting married in Europe (Poland) where we both have citizenships, and I was wondering if anyone knows what will happen with the name change? Would her visa be transferable to a new passport with her new surname? Would this have to be done via Canadian embassy outside of Canada or better here?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
