wightage of university's Medium of Instruction certificate

wightage of university's Medium of Instruction certificate

As the criteria of IELTS or Medium of Instruction certificate for HSMP is new, what do you think about the weightage HSMP team will give to such certificate issued by some Pakistani univeristy. Keeping question marks on Pak Institutes in view

In my case I have two professional degrees from Hamdard University, Pakistan. medium of instruction was english of course.
