As and when the CW wishes it. No one can tell you when this may be.
See also waiting times.

If travel cannot be delayed and you cannot wait, then withdrawing the application may be the only option.

Did you use Settlement checking Service? If so your wife and kids should have their passport dont need to wait to travel.

Hi Amber
The caseworker wrote requesting ELA -English language accessment for my degree, she gave me 3 weeks to reply, same day i sent my degree to uk naric and sent her proof that i am on it...but before the deadline she gave me, i received a letter from another case worker to say i have only submitted part of KoLL by providing Life in uk doc and not submitted English proof! hence he refused ILR..
i am shocked as I cant afford to pay again the whole fees and go through the whole process , waited full 6 months .. I do agree i did not give naric proof but I had already used my degree for entry clearance .
What most surprised me is that they requested something which i am providing before their given deadline and still they refused without any right to appeal...

Write back with proof you satisfy B1 English and LIUK explain that you sent the required document back in time ask then to change from FLR to ILR. You don't appeal if you're granted leave.

Check the PBS calculator, if the degree is awarded 20 or more points for qualification and 10 for English Skills, send a print out. Alternatively, a UKNARIC SoC and a letter from the awarding institution, the latter of which has a fast track service so you could have the information required within a few days.

Thanks Amber , I have applied for ELA, not for Soc as thats what the case worker had asked me to provide, just the ELA. and as you mentioned there is no fast track available for ELA .

Hi Diehard,
What number did you call. You should have gotten acknowledgement letter from HO as soon as they got your mail. Seven weeks is a bit long for them to let you know anything. Here is another number to call if you like. It is best to call in the morning and you might have to wait a while. 0300123224 option 2. Let us know what they say.

Hi Tangie
That's the number I have called them on , spoke to 4 different people . They just really don't give any info and its very hard to make them understand that they asked for a document, I sent it but wasn't looked at.
I complaint twice , got automated acknowledgement twice but no reply from human or caseworker. I have lost hope totally now ...

You should go together. Otherwise, a letter of support will be required.
