Tier 2 extension for myself and dependent

Hi i hope anyone can help me with this. I will be applying for tier 2 extension for my self and my wife soonly.
I have read the whole of the tier 2 guidance and dependent guidance , but it does makes it clear anywhere if they need any other documents apart from our passport and application form

Can anybody please let me know if i need to submit any other documents for me and my wife apart from our passports. as i am completely confused?

thanks for your reply, i have checked those links, but still i cant see any documents requirement for extension. Those documents required are for new application but doesnt specifies anything for extension.

I have read the forms and the guidance, but as i have supplied all the documents when i first applied for tier 2 general, now they dont want anything except for my passport and a new COS. thats what i can make out.

As for my wife application , i am not sure as i have to provide the marriage certificate and the proof of the subsistence again as for my extension or not?
