Sharing a home with someone other than your parents, is not deemed to be secure and available for when teh applicant comes to join their spouse in the UK in the eyes of the ECO, unless you have a signed tenancy agreement giving you full right from being evicted in case of a problem with teh person you are living with. If you have a signed tenancy agreement and can prove that you are paying rent to teh landlord then that should be fine.hoorain wrote:hi all a quick question regarding accommodation for dependant wife and 2kids.
I am renting a 2bed [shared by land lord and his wife and 2kids].
I have read some where that if you rent a property and want to sponsor your wife and kids, then sharing accommodation with other family is not acceptable.
pls.is that true.
my second question is regarding my wife's Masters Degree from Pakistan.
UKBA website under English test requirements say that if applicant holds
A degree equivalent to UK bachelors degree.Submit the original degree with the application and that replaces English test requirement.
It doesn't say to get the masters degree approved from NARIC UK.
Can you all pls.shed some light thanks.
