Possible to WP while on Business VISA ?

Hi ,

I am from India and I am on a business visit to UK.
I just want to know, if the employer is willing, is it possible to apply for WP from here, without going back to India ?

Any suggestion/help is highly appreciated.

That would be outside the rules and to the descretion of the HO.

Best thing to do is tell employer to apply for workpermit (assuming that you lare out of the country) - and then apply for EC from India
