Hi Paramjit,

Did you tick mark on Q. 33 on page 6 of 15 of the HSMP1 form?
I can see you have the IT returm only from Nov-05 to March-06,
So it is not covering the complete 12 month, which you are claiming for.
So that you have to now specify the Exceptional Consideartion and Evidence ; as required.

Or, One should tick mark that Q. and provide IT return (FY0506 in your case) + Form - 16 (TDS Certificate) for the remaining period.
However this will not cover the complete pay period as required.

Again, this is a general confusion, for most of the applicants; as the IT return is wise a particular Financial Year; where as the period clamied is different than that(part coveing the IT return period)

Any suggestion from somebody who has got through this, with IT return proof.

Thanks,
NNJ10

I will go for Exceptional consideration, I have valid reasons...

I am attaching more then 2 required proofs...all the proofs corborate with each other...

Like sal slips amount is equal to sal shown in the bank...

Paramjit,

I think you're correct in claiming exceptional circumstances for the Tax return documents. I have exactly the same situation as yourself and I would send my Form16 with the doucments but would also claim exceptional circumstances considering the Form 16 only covers salary between Nov05 and Mar06.

I too have got bank statements and a salary certificate from my employers for the additional evidence. I think we're OK (fingers crossed) :D

Regards.

iam seeing ppl from India showing the bank statement as earning proof.
But bank statement will be having the amount after the tax was deducted.
Example if the actual sal for a mnth = X and tax = t
then bank statement will have Y = X-t.

Then how come we can use this as one of the proof.

Too many documents !! You just need 2 evidences from each company so ensure you don;t send in unnecessary papers.

hi rosezid,

sal slips contains both gross and net salary...

so case worker can check the sal after deductions in the bank statements...

Bank statements serve the purpose that sal was paid as sal slip...
