Tier 1 general to spouse visa

Post by ahmedaslam99 » Wed May 16, 2012 12:38 pm

Hi
I need some advice regarding application for my spouse visa. I am currently on Tier 1 General which is due to expire on 28 July 2012. I am recently married and my wife is britsh. I would like to switch onto the spouse visa.
I am just slightly confused with the documents to be submited
I am currently working as accountant and my firm has two departments, one for accounts and other for tax investigation and accordingly two payrolls, i am working for both departments and accordingly get two payslips but one cheque and my second job i do over weekends and evening is also relating to accounts and sales.

I have got payslips from both jobs infact it is shown as three jobs and P60s for all of them and my salary i pay the cheque into my bank account. Is that sufficent proof or do i need anything more with respect to this.If we need letter from employment then what exactly the letter should write.
I got a 3 bed house and it is in my name and mortgage is on my name aswell.
Rest we got bills in our combine names or some on mine and other in my wife's name.
Our Marriage certificate was in Urdu and from pakistan , which I have got it translated here from approved translator.
Our bank statements does have good bank balanaces. Further to above do we need anything in particular?
I will appreciate your reply and help.

Read the FLR(M) form and Documents required.

I have read the form, but it does not mention what exactly the documents should show, Unless it is standard documents and no set format required.

It's unclear what you are asking - if you mean whether the documents need to follow a set format as with PBS applications, the answer is no, they are not as strict with the format of the documents although they do need to be original

If you mean something else - then please clarify.
