Have you tracked your post via Royal mail website to see if they have received your application?

I don't think any March 2012 applicant has received COA.

Although I applied in may 19 2012, but when I tracted it on royal mail website it has no record. I called the HO and the said my application is not on system yet, then I called the royal mail and they confirmed the percel was delivered on the 20 may 2019

I'm assuming you mean March 2012 and not May. When did you contact the HO?

They changed the coa procedure?
I wonder what this "validation" is all about.
(I am waiting for coa too. UKBA received our eea1+eea2 on april 23 and I was hoping to receive coa in the second half of may.)

This change has been around for over 1 year I think. Basically they do initial review of the application and it is seems that all the required documents are there, they issue a CoA. If not, they will return the application.
This was done to improve the process (so you don't wait 6 months just to find out you were missing a document).

I called HO this morning and the lady I spoke to said "we have your application but is yet to be assign to CW but if you need your COA ASAP we will issue you one on request" she then gave me a fax number to send my request to.

I faxed a request to the same number given by them. But they have not got back to me. It has been 3 days so far. I emailed them the same but no response at all.
I call them everyday, and it is a same answer "It has not been validated yet and therefore you HAVE to wait!!"
They are called as European Enquiries Help line but they are not helpful at all.
I need my COA very urgently as it is required by my employer.
EEA2 sent: 22/04/2012
HO recieved on: 23/04/2012
COA: Waiting!!!

Sent and received January 21.
COA letter dated Feb 16
COA letter received in March 2012
Anyone care to estimate when the application will be processed? I am desperate for it to be back by the end of June...
