How did you find out that biometrics were not succesfull, what was the way of contact? did you recieve any letter?charlottec wrote:Can you please share the email address you used to contact UKBA? I've sent a few faxes to my caseworker explaining my situation but I never hear anything and my visa still hasn't arrived.
As mentioned above, I did my first set of biometrics on 29 March (PO confirmed they were successful) and on 1 May UKBA said they had no record of my biometrics at all. I did my biometrics again on 14 May (and had to pay again of course).
Surely I don't have to wait another 6 weeks from 14 May! My flights are in less than a week!
You'll have to wait at least 4 weeks from 14th May as my case is different. My decision has already been taken and now its a matter of simply printing BRP after photograph. Unfortunately in most cases as in your case, case worker has simply opened your file, noticed biometrics missing or incorrect and close the file again without any processing, so it goes back to point 0, hence the counter starts again.charlottec wrote:Can you please share the email address you used to contact UKBA?
