AN & MN1 several questions

Hi All,

Have NCS appointment tomorrow however have certain questions w.r.t my appliation

CASE : WP + Tier 1 + ILR

Applicants : Self + Wife + 1 Child

Forms used: 2 AN & 1 MN 1


Questions :
Payments I had downloaded the fee leaflet. There is no place to specify that the payment covers for 2 Adults + 1 child. Should we fill individual payment form for AN & MN1 form ? If not how are we going to specify that this is a case of single payment?

Form MN1 Section 6.5 Child's consent where they are making an application on their own behalf? What would that mean? Should my child be declaring that in case all 3 applications are made together?


Form MN1 Section 5 : Child's referee are 1 my friend who has known the kid for over 3 years and 2 his class teacher who has engaged with him in a professional capacity. Should those be fine?


Form AN Section 5. In my application and my wife's I had put down 2 referees as 1. Family friend and 2. Another family friend who is also a director of a limited company? Should those be fine?

Form MN1 and Form AN Section 5. Do we have to staple the photos in the space provided or is it OK if we just use a clip and clip it to the top corner of the application? I am not sure if NCS will make a fuss about not stapling the photo. Kindly suggest

Since I am applying as a director of a limited company and that I am registered for PAYE. I am providing the following documents

1. Company registration certificate
2. Memorandum and Articles of association showing me as Director and my wife as Secretary
3. VAT Registration certificate
4. Last 3 quarter's VAT submission confirmation form's printout
5. Last 3 year's company annual returns
6. Last 12 month's payslip of both self and wife
7. P60's of both self and wife
8. Bank statements of both self and wife
9. Marriage certificate
10. Child's birth certificate
11. Driving license and counter part driving license (proof provided for LIUK test)
12. LIUK test pass certificate


Am i missing anything else

Don't worry about the fees. NCS will sort it out for you.

If the child is young, just ignore this section. He is not expected to give consent.

Yes assuming (1) is British and over 25.

Check the list on the last page of the application form. Documents 1-8 are not needed. You will also need to provide your passports....
