Tier 2 visa queries

Dear All,

I have a question regarding my English Language test, I have taken TOEFL ibt test for Tier 2 (General) visa application. My overall score is higher than requested score as stated in UKBA website but only my score in skill of speaking is two points less (speaking=14).

I would be appreciated if you can tell me that my scores are sufficient for the visa application.

I have completed my all documents for a visa application and I have also taken an appoitment from embassy. I have a question regarding Iranian applicants; Is there a new restriction rule that show their applications are not accepted by UKBA.
I would be appreciated if you can clear me about it.
