can i work fulltime/ 20 hours when my psw visa is pending

hi pls help me to know about this.
my solicitor told can work full-time during the application's decision is pending. so where can i see that officially, whether can work or cant work. could anyone who knew about the subject tell me

Only if your student visa allowed you to work, you have now completed your course (i.e. You didn't apply for psw based on a previous qualification, and you made a valid in time psw application.

so what is ukcisa?
is it reliable
how long you can work full time?
my visa expired 6 months before and i applied for psw on time, is it still ok for me to work fulltime?
and can i show my employer that link, advise pls

but the letter shown in the link is dated 2008 nov.
how can i get a letter like this pls

what do you mean your visa expired '6 months before'?
