Your question is unclear.

These rates are the amounts that applicants need to show to meet the maintenance requirements regardless of whether the spouse is already in the UK. So if it is a couple with no children they would need to show 111.45 per week after rent and council tax.

ok let me b more precise... i am applying from Morocco and my spouse is in the UK!! so when showing documents to the embassy!! should my spouse show the rate of £111,45/week!! knowing that i am working in Morocco atm!! i will not be able to work in the UK for a while if the visa is granted.

so in order to meet maitenance requirement my spouse need to show the rate stated above (regardless of my savings in Morocco) right??

Yes your wife needs to show that her income is at this rate in order to show that your household income will be high enough once you are in the UK. If you have significant savings this can be used to top up the income if this is not high enough. Also if you have a firm job offer for once you arrive in the UK this can also be relied upon.
