Regarding English lang proficiency for HSMP

"Could someone please let me know if a degree convocation certificate from Mumbai univ is admissible proof for english lang proficiency ? Or does it need to be NARIC ratified, etc" or do I need some other proof coz the degree certificate and the convocation certificate does say that the so snd so course was taught from so snd so date but does not mention whether it was taught in english or not. Please help.

The University letter NEEDS to mention a degree taught in English specifically. You would be better off getting a very specific letter from Mumbai University.
