Congrats!timesofindia wrote:Big thank you to everybody for sharing their experiences and knowledge on this forum.
My ILR along with 2 dependents was approved on 8th June at Croydon ( HSMP-> Tier1). I had total 191 days out of UK mostly on Annual Leave or Business Trips.
The whole process was pretty smooth, though it took longer than I anticipated.
My appointment was at 9.10 am, reached croydon at 7.15 am, entered at 8.30 am, forms checking & biometrics completed by 9.20 am, Caseworker called at 9.45 am, didnt want to talk much just said "just submit all documents you have & photocopies" then said "come back in 1 to 1.5 hours". I went out for sometime and was back by 10.15 am. I could see that CW had finished processing and was clearing her desk. She closed the window screen and went out for 30 mins !! Came back at 11 am and gave me the good news.
Documents submitted with the application :-
Application form
Passports (old + new)
BRPs
12 months salary slip
12 months salary bank statement
5 - P60s
Letter from employer showing all Annual Leave days and Business Trips
Life in UK test pass certificates
Co-Habitation documents council tax bills, tenancy agreements
Photocopies of all above
+ photocopies of each printed page of passports (old & new)
Also to add to this, she returned me all document except BRPs, Letter from employer & photocopies.timesofindia wrote:Big thank you to everybody for sharing their experiences and knowledge on this forum.
