EEA 4 ,when can I apply?

Dear All,

I came to UK (work permit) in 2005,later in 2007 I got married and got eea2 from 2007 to 2012.
What visa do I apply for once my time is up ? ILR or eea4?or they both the same?
Sorry my question is quite confusing but not sure where to ask for help.
