how are you going to pay for the application without filling in section 1?

How will they know who you are without filling in secton 2?

Does it indicate anywhere on the form that you can miss these sections or on the contrary does it state that failing to fill in these sections will result in a delay in the consideration of your application and for some parts, result in the application being treated as invalid?

To keep it in short , I m self -employed and take my remuneration as

Sal + Div

am claiming from period july 2011 - june 2012

Problem areas :
-----------------
For the month of july/aug/sep , the net salary was paid on 2nd november
however the payment does show reference as "SAL : Jul -SEP"

can this be a problems

Later on salary credit for FEB 2012 was missed completely and we paid it only in end of may again putting the right reference

Can someone please confirm if this will be a problem

-Company is 100% legit with a legit half a million turnover which has been verified with HMRC several times during year

Any help will be appreciated

Thankyou

A brief explanation in a covering letter, from your accountant if you have one or else from you, will help clear any doubts that a CW may have regarding this cumulative and delayed deposits.

Thankyou for your input.

Just worried if this can affect my application.

Also i have heard lately its not advisable to put debit card details , as if the bank refuses they send application back.

if such a thing happens and my visa has expired by then , can i still apply ?

regards

If you want to avoid payment problems, best that you pay by postal order(s) or bankers draft.

Out-of-time applications are possible, but best avoided.

Thanks a lot , i guess its safer to go ahead with postal order

Have few queries before i submit my application tomorrow if anyone can confirm them please

Dependent : Spouse

- her last tier 1 dependent visa is on passport , do i still send here biomatric card when she was on student visa ?

- dependent fees says £561 general , but then while ticking its 750 ?, am sending her application with mine

- the maintenance bank statement i have only copy of original , so should i just write attached with main applicant ?

- do i attach photos for spouse in both application ?

---------------------------

List of docs am submitting

Main applicant
----------------
Visa form
passport
postal order
payslip
dividend voucher
accountants letter with summary (however it doesnt show thier registration no or anything)
p60 given by accountant
bank statements covering sal+div
bank statement for maintenance 90 days
tax return downloaded by accountant
A letter explaining that salary for july/aug/sep was paid on nov 2nd

Business details
------------------------
Business bank statement
Company registration doc
Comapany VAT certificate
Draft accounts

(not submitting qualification / marraige proof)

Dependent applciation
----------------------
Application form
passport
previous student biomat card

Am i missing out anything, I know this might be a repetitive question , apologies
