guyz for notifying HO about the change of employer phone and fax number also the details about return of my documents, kindly let me know the HO fax, phone or email for sending these info.

Hey,

If you have recived the HSMP reference number, you shoud fax the required info...to HSMP team...the numbers are available on the www.workingintheuk.gov.uk website....
Give your case reference number....
