Can "Tier2 ICT" + "Tier2 General" lead t

Post by robbyuk » Wed Jun 13, 2012 10:07 pm

Hello Experts,

I am currently under Tier 2 ICT and came to UK on this visa in the year 2009. Since then I have got 3 extensions which takes my current leave in Tier2 ICT till December 2012. Now, I am being offered a Tier 2 General from a company, so, I just want to understand whether I'll be able to apply for settlement after I finish 5 years in the year 2014?

That means I'll have 3.5 years under Tier 2 ICT & the rest 1.5 years in Tier 2 General.

Your response will help me in deciding appropriately.

Many thanks in advance!
