I M ON PSW AND WANT TO APPLY DEPENDENT VISA FOR MY PARENTS

HELLO THERE,
i m on PSW visa and i want to apply dependent visa for my parents. my mother is aged 72 and father is 62. currently my wife is also on dependent visa. i have one brother and a sister living in PK. is there anyone who can assist me in the following questions
1: am i eligible to apply the visa at all?
2: if YES what supporting documents do i need to prepare?
3: what is the correct application form for this?

You cannot bring your parents as dependents when you are here as a psw migrant.

but they can visit you if they apply for visit visa for 6 months
