WP + HSMP = ILR. Rules for ILR

here's my timeline:

sep 03, initial (2) year WP
sep 05, further (3) year WP
dec 06, applying for HSMP
sep 08, will be applying for ILR
sep 09, will be applying for citizenship.

here's my question. when i go to apply for ILR what will I have to show?

1- Application
2- Photos
3- Passport (current & old)
4- Bank statements for last 6 months showing i have the means to support myself
5- Initial WP Letter
6- Further WP Letter
7- HSMP Letter
8- Letter from each employer stating my ending salary. Letter from exisiting employer should state my salary + that i will be continueing my employment with them
9- mortgage statement showing i own my house
10- List of my travel outside the UK from sep 03. a letter from my employers (current & future) stating that my business travel was essential for me to do my job (important b/c i travel A LOT for business)

the heart of my question is will I need to show salary, earnings etc? because i will not have to apply for HSMP extension, i don't THINK this will be an issue. could someone please advise?

ps- i'm changing to HSMP so that i have more job flexability.
