born in UK, section 1(3), every thing is sorted. NCS appointment in couple of days.

However a new information has come into light, regarding some mess up of a car write off by insurers, but DVLA finning me for unpaid road tax, because this information is new for me therefore in my last application it was not provided, I am not sure if this resulted in a court fine/CCJ in my absence, or is it out of court case, anyhow I need time to find details (it may take weeks to months). My question is that is it relevant for my childs MN1 application.

Should I first sort out the issue (if it can be sorted) or can I apply for my childs british registration now, assuming its not relevant for MN1 app? and won't cause damage.

advise please.

Thanks.

It's irrelevant for the child application.
