Tier 4 policy guidance
Applying from outside the UK
100% if you meet the requirements.
0% otherwise.
why you think it wont work. if i have spent £25k on my bachelors, worked in the skilled job in the past and now paying £18k for masters.s.uk wrote:basicaly you dont want to study u want to spent your 2 more year for ILR mate it will not work UKBA are not bonkers
If OP meets the rules, they will grant the visa. Simple as that. It is not for the UKBA to determine a person's motives in this case. There should really be no problem in getting the visa as long as when you finish your masters you would have spent not more than 6 years studying. Good luck.s.uk wrote:UK Governemnt does not Guarantee for any student who spent 25/50k on there studies for there future its your investing for your own benifit so why are you mooning for and u dont have any choice left to exent your visa so want to come back as student and study master if your so skill full go back to your country and earn that much hope all settlenment for Temp skilled worker will stop by 2016
Deviser what you think of my case, you think if i make 40 points would i be granted a tier 4 and why do i need to file from home country?Deviser wrote:Everyone who spend 10 years legally in UK have right to claim ILR and this right is provided by UK government through Immigration Laws to attract/lure immigrants to stay in a country like UK for 10 years. Otherwise nobody bother to stay in UK for 10 years especially professionals who forced to pay one of the highest tax rate.i.e.40%. There are many places in this world which are tax free plus have more comfortable lifestyle than UK.
Getting ILR in UK is not a crime exclusively when a candidate comes through legitimate routes as they already spend alot of time and money.
If you did'nt do anything wrong in your previous 8 years stay and can clear the General Grounds of Refusal, I dont see any reason that your Tier-4 application can be refused on the course you stated, (i.e Masters degree after UK honours) as long as you fullfil all other requirements.raveen26 wrote:Deviser what you think of my case, you think if i make 40 points would i be granted a tier 4 and why do i need to file from home country?
Nobody request UK governement to make settlements law for immigrants. Its UK government who want professionals to stay in UK permanantly and providing/luring them with settelment rights and it was also UK government who were stopping international students to leave UK through various schemes like HSMP, SEGS, IGS, FTS, in past.s.uk wrote:why you want to spent your time and money in uk Yes there places in the world which treat you like professional donkeys Like middle east there are no taxes you enjoy a better lifestyle as a slave of Arabs no right nothing even u spent your whole life Being a Standing Member if you have compalin about our tax rates pack your bag and leave no one is holding you
