Tier 1(G) Visa Extension - Apr 4th - Draft - ACK not recd

I have applied for visa extension on 3rd april 2012 and UKBA has received it on 4th April 2012 through Royal Mail Special Delivery.

My mode of payment - Banker's Draft

Applications - Main + Dependent

I have not received Acknowledgement Letter till date.

I have called UKBA and enquired regarding the Biometric letters and the lady informed that the systems are not yet reflecting my details.

Any other members who have mode of payment as draft and dropped on 3rd april and UKBA recieved on 4th april have recieved acknowledgements so far ?

Other forums and tracker shows people who have mode of payment as debit card or cheque or credit card have recieved acknowlegements.

Its difficult to trace if payment has been taken as Bank also is not able to let us know if draft has been encashed by Home office.

Only Proof is the EPOD in the Royal Mail site which shows it has been delivered.

Ppl with mode of payment as Debit / Credit cards have also not received ack's and the payments have also not been deducted in a lot of cases.

My application is received on 4th April. I paid the fee by HSBC bankers draft. I received acknowledgement letter yesterday. Your letter should be on the way!

I got my Acknowledgement Letter dated 9 May 2012 yesterday (16 May 2012)...

Crossed first hurdle.

Next is Biometrics letter wait now...Hope that doesnt take so much time...

Did any one who dropped papers of 3rd April and UKBA recieved on 4th April recieve their biometric letter invitation letters ?

I recieved my ACK on May 16th letter dated May 9th

I am yet to recieve Biometric letters.

well! it takes 2-3 weeks from date of fee debit/date on your acknowledgment letter, so expect that in last week of may or 1st week of june.

Details :

Tier 1 General Extension ( Main + 1 Dependent )

Mode of Payment - Bankers Draft

Applied on 3rd April,2012 and it was recieved by UKBA on 4th April,2012.

Acknowledgement Letter - Letter dated May 9th,2012 on May 16th,2012.

Biometric Letters - recieved on 28th May 2012. Got the Biometrics done on the same day at Blackfriars post office.

Waiting for Approval , BRP and docs....

I havent yet received the biometric notification letter. Many who match the same dates as above or even later dates have received the biometric notification letter on 26th -28 May 2012.
Should I be worried ? is there anyone still waiting for the biometric notification letter with similar dates as above ?

I don't think you need to worry as all applications are not processed in the same manner and time.

Hi All, We recieved our letter of approvals, passports and documents today at around 11.00 am. (18th June,2012). Letter was dated June15th,2012.
