Hello and a quick question on FPN

While this is my first post here, I have been reading this board with great enthusiasm for quite some time now. Thanks for all the info on the site

Now for a quick question, please.

I got my ILR on 20th April 2011

I got 2 non endorseable FPN on 10th July 2011

Now the AN guide syas that I cant apply for BC if I have more than 1 FPN in the last 12 months

Does this mean I can apply for BC on 11th July 2012 ( 365 days later) or only in August 2012 ( clear 12 months later).

Any guidance will be gratefully received

last 12 months mean last 12 months from date of application. when you want to apply just count 12 months backwards. and see how many fpn's you have been given in that period.
