Just a quick question
I've been married since November from Pakistan, but i was out of work when I got back to the uk due to illness but now I'm back to work so took time to send my paperwork off and payslips etc..
Recently i've sent the paperwork and my husband is due for a English test on July the 7th, will this new law about earnings mean the same for us even though we got married in November? :?

The marriage date is irrelevant. It is the visa application date that is important.
