Hi garry1313,

Could you please explain your situation ?

After you go divorced did u informed the DOJ about ur divorce ? OR you sent form EU3 directly ?

What country did u got divorced in ?

What country ur wife is from ?

Please share your experience ?

Calm down Garry! The review can take anything up to 12 weeks depending on the case. If you were married to her for 3 years and you both lived in Ireland for those 3 years, then there are grounds for you to successfully appeal the refusal.

However, you need to provide evidence in support of your claims, the folks at the EU treaty rights section at INIS have lawyers that always look at the directive to establish if the applicant has conformed with the requirements so you need to do your homework properly.
