So dependants can not return to their country and apply for tier 1 extension.
I though that tier 1 main applicant has to be in uk for an extension and dependant can do it from anywhere

So as per guidance not i will maintain 600 per dependant and 900 for me for last 90 days even if I apply dependant visa extension from India.
Bank statement can be 30 days old from date of application

If refused, appeal with the reason that it is UKBA's fault that it takes 10 working days to issue a BRP (or in some cases even more) and the applicant cannot be penalized for the delay caused by UKBA's inefficiency, and that the approval letter is sufficient evidence of a successful application and grant of leave.
