Surprisingly I received a complaint ref number today at 10.47am. it says our complaint has been allocated to the relevant business area and they will reply to you with their finding with 20 working days.manex wrote:@tazboys - have you received any sort of a response to your complaint yet ? If I did not received anything I was going to call them today again but now wait till monday for making any further complain.
