@tazboys - have you received any sort of a response to your complaint yet ? It would be interesting to know. I received a response to my complaint recently and looks like it has expedited issuing the biometric invitation letter because in their response to my complaint they've mentioned that "as a way forward we have issued a biometric invitation letter", which I did receive on the 26 th May.
Surprisingly I received a complaint ref number today at 10.47am. it says our complaint has been allocated to the relevant business area and they will reply to you with their finding with 20 working days.

If I did not received anything I was going to call them today again but now wait till monday for making any further complain.
