Switching from Tier 1 (PSW) to Tier 2 (General)-maintenance

Post by junebal » Fri Jun 22, 2012 6:52 pm

Hi ALl,

My current employer have renewed my contract till July 2013.

My Questions is:
1.) Does the funds (£900) have to be in my acct for 3 months? I am not sure coz i read somewhere that this is not required if switching from PSW.

2.) will the visa be for 1 year since the contract is one year?
3.) If my employer decided to make me permanent, will I be granted 3 years working visa if I apply again?

Thank you
