IS UK master Degree is equivalent to B1?

hi,
I need to know is UK Master Degree is enough to fulfil points for B1?
Please advise?Or even having UK degree still need to pass B1 for visa extension.

I think if you have UK university masters degree you dont need any English certificate.

The problem is that when one apply student visa he need to pass B1,I need to know if someone have UK degree did he still need to pass B1,as its written in immigration law u dont need an english test if you have a bachelor degree equivalent to UK level or above?Does it means master is fine?
