Spouse Visa to ILR Days out

Can someone help us regarding ILR days outside UK for Spouse?

I am applying ILR visa end of Nov 2012 from Spouse visa (2 yrs completed, she is dependant of ILR visa holder).

Q. She is planning for 5 months holiday, coming bacj next year Jan 2013, How many days she can live outside?
Is it similar to same condtion like ILR ?
