Post by jd » Tue Dec 19, 2006 3:57 pm

my consultant had sent a review application for me over a month back but HO still says that they have no note of my application.

I'm thinking to reapply in start of january 2007.

jd,

I think there cannot be two applications (review and re-application) simulatneously under process.

Before submitting your new application, seek clarification from HO. If you are reapplying, why do you want a review of the old application to continue? The new applications are processed rather quickly nowadays.

actually i've applied for a review for my first application and as reviews are taking more longer, also i qualify on new criteria. so i'm thinking to re-apply on new criteria instead of waiting for review to be decided.

I think its a good choice to submit a fresh application instead of waiting for months for your review to be processed.

wht u guys think?
