Non EEA family member with PR applying for BC

Post by dann » Fri Jun 29, 2012 9:38 pm

I just got my PR sticker and since I've been married to EEA citizen (PR holder) since 2004, I would like to apply now for BC.
I understand I need to send all documents I sent earlier with my EEA4 application, however, does anyone know if I need to send my wife passport/id as she will be visiting her home country this summer and will need both passport and id card.

You will need to send her ID so I suggest you use NCS so you can keep your documents.
