As T2 ICT Established Staff (visa issued in September 2010) you cannot apply for ILR. However. you can switch to Tier 2 General in-country if you change sponsors and after having switched you can apply for settlement after 5 years and the £35k pay threshold will apply (unless exempt)dharmesh8 wrote:Thanks a lot for the reply, yeah went thru the rules and regulations.
