ILR - question

Post by Jenny123 » Sun Jul 01, 2012 1:17 am

Hello,

I'm on a Tier 4 visa, will finish my course soon and will be eligible to apply for a an ILR on the 10 years basis.

I wondered if on the application I will make, the SET(O) - will they ask for attendancy from the last term or not.
I attend my classes of curse, however, I do miss a class here and there, not sure if the rate would be sufficient for them if they check....

My college seem to be fine with that though, they are not that strict.

So , do I need to worry about that, or they are not asking for that at that stage, so as long as the college doesn't say anything, it should be fine?

Thanks,
Jenny.

Proof of class attendance is not a requirement for ILR eligibility and grant. However, the immigration officer considers your past conduct, including respecting the terms of your visa, into account when deciding ILR applications.
