These are the most difficult times of my life, it has been one thing after another. I got my HSMP visa in January 2006 and was in search of a job when i lost my mum in Febuary. So i had to travel back to my home country to stay with my baby sister as i am the first child. However i managed to return to the UK in July after taking care of things. I started working in the UK in August and was hoping based on exceptional and compassionate grounds my visa extension will be approved as i could not help my situation. Now there is the point based system in which i have just 55points from age and masters degree. My visa expires in the first week in January 2007. I have met with solicitors and the only advice i have been given is to change to workpermit, however i do not have a permanent job and the job i was doing, which was temporary ended on the 30th of november, and the job market has been quiet this december, so i am currently unemployed. I have cried my eyes out and i am even tired of crying now. Please people advise me, i have been in the UK since 2002 and i have been a law abiding migrant, who has contributed to the economy, now they want to throw me out. PLEASE ADVICE URGENTLY! SHOULD I DO? MODERATORS PLEASE HELP!
