Waiting times Out Country App. Tier 2 India

Applied at Chennai VFS for my wife as a dependent for Tier2 General.

The status says
"Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission"

Its more than 15 days now, still the status remains the same.

Out country applications, are they delaying these days?

Do you remember when have they changed this status
"Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission"
to
'Your visa under processing..."?

In my case the status remains the same since day 1...
